AIG approached Global Acquisition because they were looking to buy high quality, opt-in leads to supply to their call centres for outbound telemarketing campaigns.
Each lead had to fall within a predetermined demographic, be completely opt-in and had to come with certain units of information like:
- ID no
- Age
- Gender
- Contact Details (mobile, email, land line, postal)
AIG then use these databases of leads to market and sell their financial services products to.
