Hollard Case Study

Hollard is South Africa’s largest private insurance company and were one of Global Acquisition’s first clients!
Hollard approached Global Acquisition because they wanted to supply leads to their call centre for their unique and innovative products.

The brief was very specific in that they wanted databases of consumers that were gender specific, age specific and income specific.

The key here was to make sure that each and every person on the database was “warmed up” and was expecting a call from the Hollard call centre.

A “warm” lead is what makes a lead highly valuable.

We provided Hollard with information about each lead like:

  • No of dependents
  • If the lead owned a car or not
  • Who the lead was insured with
  • ID no, age, gender, contact details
