Liberty Life Case Study

Liberty Life is one of South Africa’s biggest insurers and has an enormous broker force as well as a direct sales operation which is run through their head office. Liberty Life was also one of our first clients.

Liberty Life wanted to buy databases of people that they could distribute to their brokers as well as people whom they could contact through their call centres.

They wanted people who were above a certain age, within a certain income bracket and people who were not currently Liberty Life clients.

We collected information like:

  • Marital status
  • No of dependents
  • Age of dependents
  • Employment status
  • Convenient contact times
  • Propensity to buy life assurance
  • Propensity to buy retirement products
  • Propensity to buy medical aid

Liberty Life then used the database to distribute the leads to their brokers and call centres.
